ELQ S.A. fulfills its information obligations through the Electronic Information Base (EBI) system dedicated to the Alternative Trading System (ASO), administered by the Warsaw Stock Exchange (GPW) and the Electronic Information Transmission System (ESPI), overseen by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (UKNF).

The EBI system is used for disclosing current and periodic information.

The ESPI system is used for disclosing information obligations, particularly those arising from the provisions of:

• MAR Regulation (Market Abuse Regulation);
• Act on Public Offering;
• Act on trading In financial instruments;
• the rules of the regulated market as referred to in Article 28 of Act on trading In financial instruments.
