Marcin Sołtysiak is an experienced manager with over 25 years of experience in management and business development. Since 1996, he has held positions as President and Vice President of the Management Board in various companies, where he was responsible for the comprehensive development and expansion of numerous firms operating across different sectors of the economy.

From 2010 to 2012, he was a key supplier of biomass to the Połaniec Power Plant and Mondi S.A., which solidified his position as an expert in the renewable energy sector (OZE). His involvement in the development of the OZE sector over the years has contributed to a significant increase in the share of renewable energy sources in the Polish energy market.

These achievements have been recognized with numerous prestigious awards, including Forbes Diamonds, Business Gazelles, and the Quality of the Year title. His companies have also received medals such as the Enterprise on Medal and the European Medal three times, reflecting their high quality and innovation in the market.

In 2022, he was awarded the title of Company Supporting Investments, confirming his commitment to the development of the Polish economy and supporting new investments. In 2023, he earned a doctoral title and was honored with the Manager of the 20th Century title, and his work was recognized with the prestigious Eagle of Polish Entrepreneurship 2022, reflecting his contribution to the development of Polish entrepreneurship.
